Please call before you bring your bikes in for service! Our service is in high demand.  The racers found us to dependably take care of them, but you don't have to be a racer to enjoy getting the right treatment.  We offer package deals and "ala carte" menu pricing.  When you bring in your bike, we will review it together to determine exactly what you need.  If you only need a couple of items fixed it may be cheaper to pay al carte.  If several items add up to more than the ala carte menu, it may be cheaper to pay for a package deal.  At our pro shop, you get exactly what you pay for.  Big volume shops prefer to write up the package deals whether you need it or not and you will end up paying for more than you need.

Another down side of big volume shops is that they assemble the bikes so quickly, the bikes are often not assembled correctly.  Every week we see brand new bikes purchased from other bicycle retailers that have all sorts of problems.  The customers then come to us to make things right.  Remember, a big part of your bicycle purchase is: WHO is working on your bike!  We don't assemble bikes, we BUILD them, paying attention to every detail.  The fact is that many of our bicycles ie: Litespeed, Colnago, Independent Fabrication, Merlin, and Nobillette come to us as a bare frame and are BUILT from the frame up by our professionally certified mechanic.  That means it is built right the first time.  The Cannondales and Scotts come partially assembled at the factory, but we re-do most of that pre-assembly to make sure the bike is built right.  Big volume shops don't have the time to to be as detailed as we are are.

We offer professional set-up of your suspension systems and can overhaul any major brand suspension fork, and can bleed any hydraulic brake system.  We are the experts with the

Cannondale Headshok and Lefty suspension forks.  Owner and mechanic, Jeffrey Turck, produced four tech videos for the Cannondale Corporation during his tenure there, teaching the rest of the world how to customize and tune the Headshok cartridges and needle bearing assemblies.
