		OUR POLICIES: We have personal relationships with our suppliers, especially Cannondale, as we know many people at the factory and the headquarters.  When there is a problem, we can go to the source to solve it better than anybody.  You can't put a price on the support we give our customers when no other shop can solve the problem. Our clothing and accessories are sold at suggested retail.  We keep a close eye on mail order prices.  Our prices are usually right around regular mail order and many times they are less than mail order especially on bicycle parts.  Those who shop with us know!  Customers belonging to a supported bicycle club are ensured of having even better prices.  See our Clubs webpage for more info. Returns are allowed up to 30 days, with receipt, in original condition.  Used merchandise is not accepted for return.  There is no refund nor return on special order items that we do not regularly stock, so be sure you want it and that it is exactly what you need.  Warranties are handled on a case by case basis, according to the manufacturers policy, and may in some cases need to be reviewed by a factory representative.
