We strongly support all cyclists to join a club.  Whether it is a local, state, or national organization, it is important to stay informed on issues affecting cyclists.  At any given moment, their are trails being created and most likely trails being closed.  Their are bike path issues, greenspace issues, helmet laws, safety recalls and all sorts of things to know about.  Many clubs offer fun rides, training rides, races, seminars, and social events.  It's a great way to find out where to ride and to meet people who share the same interests.  We reward our card carrying club members with a 10% discount off non-sale clothing and accessories.  We support the Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society, Ann Arbor Velo Club, Ann Arbor Triathlon Club, League of Michigan Bicyclists, League of American Bicyclists, Michigan Mountain Biking Association, and International Mountain Biking Association.  You must show your card for the discount.  Just a reminder... it's a good idea to cycle with a copy (laminated is best) of your drivers license, club card, credit card info and a little cash just in case of emergencies...
